Meet Gem...
Hi, I'm Gemma the owner of Gem Creations. I wanted to introduce myself as a small business owner and why I created Gem Creations.
I am a creative and expressive person who enjoys making Diamond Art and other artistic items. I am also a fan of animals, Disney, and all things fun.
Having been diagnosed with learning difficulties and PTSD, trying to find things to relate towards and relax can be difficult, so Diamond art is something I have found where I could be creative in an expressive way. Unfortunately working in a normal job would be hard with my mental and physical health issues so I created Gem Creations.
During COVID, I started doing Diamond painting as a hobby. Over time, it has become a calming and therapeutic activity for me. As I kept creating more paintings, I realized that I had less and less wall space to display them. That's when I came up with the idea of Gem Creations, a business that allows other people to appreciate and enjoy the Diamond art and gifts.
Since starting the business, I have come to realize that many people don't have the time or patience to complete their art projects. So, I will be adding a service to finish the painting for them. In addition to paintings, I also create diamond items such as coasters and keyrings.
